DNB Carnegie Access tops Prospera’s Commissioned Research ranking in Sweden

According to the latest Prospera survey, DNB Carnegie has been recognized by clients as Sweden’s leading provider of commissioned research.

Established in 2023, DNB Carnegie Access (Commissioned Research) quickly rose to market leadership in 2024. In this year’s Prospera survey, DNB Carnegie Access not only retained its top position but also widened the gap to competitors by improving its ranking across nearly all criteria—securing the number one spot in 11 out of 14 categories.

“Being ranked number one by our clients for the second year in a row is truly gratifying,” says Erika Langåker, Head of Commissioned Research. “This is a team effort in every sense, and I’m very proud that we continue to deliver a product our clients genuinely appreciate.”

According to the survey, DNB Carnegie holds approximately 46% of the market, further solidifying its position as the industry leader in commissioned research. The survey highlights that the companies particularly value the quality of the fundamental analysis and high integrity, along with DNB Carnegie’s strong distribution capabilities—earning the firm a top position for distribution to Institutional Investors and improved position among private investors.

“Winning the distribution category among institutional investors is incredibly important, as it’s a decisive factor for our clients,” Langåker adds. “Thanks to our close collaboration with DNB Carnegie Private Banking and the rapid growth of the Montrose customer base, we’re now also strengthening our position in the private investor segment—which is fantastic.”

“This year, everything has been about listening to our clients and refining our offering,” Langåker continues. “A key part of that work has been the development of our new research platform, where the vision is to make content and company exposure more accessible.”

The new research platform will be launched in the coming weeks.
