DNB Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to CataCap in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in B4Restore.
B4Restore is a Danish Data Protection-as-a-Service provider. Since 2003, the company has delivered backup, storage and business continuity services to Danish and international managed service providers (MSPs), as well as selected enterprise customers. Its subscription- and consumption-based services are delivered from the company’s own Danish data centres and are designed for hybrid and complex IT environments. B4Restore helps customers protect business-critical data, document their recovery capabilities and maintain operational resilience in the event of cyber attacks, outages and other disruptions.
B4Restore’s current management will continue, while the company’s founders will retain a significant shareholding. Together, B4Restore and CataCap will accelerate growth and further develop the company’s position within secure, compliant and documentable data protection.
