DNB Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to Implement Consulting Group in connection with its new partnership (25% ownership) with Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker
Implement Consulting Group and Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker have entered into a new partnership under which Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker will acquire a 25% ownership stake in Implement for an undisclosed consideration.
The partnership supports Implement’s continued international development and the evolution of its ownership model as the company enters its next phase of growth. The remaining 75% ownership will continue to be held by Implement’s partners and employees.
