DNB Carnegie acted as joint bookrunner in the placing of 8.8 million ordinary shares in Apotea on behalf of Creades, Neudi Kapital AB, Storviksudden AB and Tham Special Investment AB.
Apotea is Sweden’s leading online pharmacy by market share with the goal of becoming the largest pharmacy in Sweden and hence also in the Nordics.
