Sale of IMBOX Protection A/S (DK) to Altor (SE)

Altor has agreed to acquire IMBOX Protection A/S (“IMBOX”) for an undisclosed consideration from previous majority shareholder, the Grundtvig family. Under Altor ownership, IMBOX will solidify their global leadership position and accelerate the global roll-out.
