Sale of Waterland-backed Envidan (DK) to Ramboll (DK)

Ramboll has entered into an agreement to acquire Envidan for an undisclosed consideration from the previous shareholders, including Waterland (NL). With this acquisition, Ramboll’s international technical consultancy services, including Ramboll’s water practice – covering climate adaptation, water infrastructure, water resources management, and water and wastewater treatment – will grow to 19,000 experts globally.
